Labor Day Weekend

We had such a great weekend. I was in charge of a primary activity so we started off with that on Saturday morning. We had a lot of water relay games for the kids and a home made water slide that I have to say was a hit! The kids loved it but the Best part of it all was when Justin and Ben went and brought their new engine over and surprised the kids. They drove up sounding the engine and then on the front of the truck is their hose which they can control from the inside of the engine. So they sprayed everyone untill it was all gone! We, including the teachers were all wet! Gota love those firemen!!! After that I took the girls to Bear Lake with my neighbor and the girls just loved it! I did too! It was so nice and relaxing. The wind was blowing for part of the time but that just made it so it was not so hot. We stayed there all day came home and passed out! Sunday we spent the day with grandma and pa Elder and Reed and Kara's family. I spent most of the day Eating all of Kara's good food! Monday it rained and so I stayed at Grandma and Pa's house while Justin and the girls went to founders day parade! Later on all the girls went and looked at the booths and crafts for founders day. We had a barbecue and ate some more!! We really had a great time with family.

Hey Heidi! Love your blog too. Your kids are so grown up, I can hardly believe that's them! We went to Bear Lake for labor day too. It is so beautiful. Too bad monday was so rainy. What race are you running in? I hated running too, but now I love it. I have a nike plus chip that tells me my pace on my ipod, so that really makes it more fun actually. Hope you are doing well!
