So, we have a new addition to our family.....Taisley Mariah Elder, she was a surprise from the beginning and is now 8 months old......I am so behind on our life! She has brought so much joy to me and our family. I can't get enough of her! I am doing daycare full time in our home right now, staying very busy with kids all day:) Justin is still working full time at Schrieber foods and was just sent to New York to help make a decision on a machine that the company is thinking of getting, he loved going and seeing a different state and testing out different restaurants! He is an Engineer with North logan fire and LOVES being apart of the fire department there. He also works part time for Weber fire which is usually 1 or 2 Saturdays a month. Jade just finished 4th grade and is an amazing artist, she was just chosen to have a poem published in a book this year, so proud of her. She is enjoying her Summer and is starting sewing lessons, she is so excited about that her teacher told her she has a natural talent for sewing. She was able to just start piano lessons a few months ago as well. Jordyn just finished 1st grade, she had the sweetest teacher for the sweetest girl!!! Her teacher told me on many occasions that Jordyn is a role model student! She got A on everything, school seems to come very easy for her:) She is a "tom girl" she tells me because she doesn't care much about fixing her hair and getting ready like Jade! lol And because she plays well with boys and girl. Jordyn just started piano lessons too. She loves to play with her sister Jade more than anything!!! Then there is Tyler!!! who gives his mom a run for her money every day!!! He is a character. I regret not having a journal to write in everyday with the adventures he has.....He enjoys being outside and playing with friends and riding his 2 wheel and is so proud that he started riding without training wheels (last year when he was 3) but he still tells everyone everday how he rides with no training wheels! Can I just say ACTIVE, INDEPENDANT Tyler! He also has these tender sweet moments where he comes and gives me loves and hugs and tells me he loves me, just melts my heart:) So then when life is crazy busy and has it's hard moments we were blessed to have sweet Taisley come join our family, she has a very special spirit. I had a special moment with her one afternoon when I was still pregnant with her where I had felt very strongly that this is a very special spirit, hard to put in words but I remember how touched I was. Now that she is here I can see it:) She has been the most happiest, content baby I have ever seen, she seems so happy to just be here on earth. She has brought so much joy to each on of us. I have enjoyed seeing Jade Jordyn and Ty interact and love and care for her so much. It is fun to have a little one with bigger kids to appreciate and enjoy there little sister. We call her sweet cheeks, taisley bear, tater tot! I love her smiling face and excitement to learn so much lately, she started crawling at 7 1/2 months and is quite busy now. She has started baby food and is still getting used to it, she loves to nurse and it shows!!! She is a little chunk, and we love it;)

Tyler is 2!
So my one and only boy turned 2 yesterday! Time sure has flown by, it feels like it should be his first birthday. He is getting so big and looks like a toddler now. I will have to post pics later, my camera broke and so I had my mother in law take them and so I will post them when I get them, I do have a pic of his cake which turned out cute. He is really into cars lately, you usually will see him with a car in each hand and as many as he can fit into every pocket that he has! Today Justin caught him playing outside with some cars just walking around and then he kissed the car that was in his hand, so ya he really loves cars. He would watch the cars movie 2-3times a day if I would let him. He loves to be outside with chewy, and did I say he loves cars! He is talking alot and is such a joy to our family, I love having him, my baby:)
Christmas 2008
This year we went to my parents home for christmas eve and spent the night there. My sister Holly and her husband Brad came and spent the night also. It was so nice to be "home" for christmas! I loved having my kids see what it was like for me growing up. My parents did alot of the traditions for them and us. The girls were so excited this year for Santa. They are at a good age! They kept asking all night from like 4pm on when they could go to bed! When it was time for them to go, they went with out any stalling! Wow! I wish Santa came more often! Before they went to bed Justin took them outside to see if they could see Santa in the sky--- they came running in with worried looks on their faces saying that they heard his bells and that they needed to go to bed! We spent the night watching Home alone and eating all of our christmas eve traditional foods. We listened to christmas music and enjoyed each others company. We then went to bed and I was so excited that I ...
